Download or print your Ejari certificate
Your Ejari certificate is the proof your tenancy is registered. Here's how to get the PDF, print it, and what it contains.

How to get the PDF
- Open the Dubai REST app and sign in with UAE PASS.
- Go to your registered tenancy under RERA services.
- Select your contract and download the Ejari certificate as a PDF.
You can re-download it at any time — it's tied to your registered contract, not a one-off file.
How to print your Ejari
There's no separate “print” button — you print the PDF you download. Open the certificate in the Dubai REST app, save or share the PDF to your device, then print it like any document (or take it to a print shop). Because it's tied to your registered contract, you can download and print a fresh copy whenever an agency, DEWA or a visa typing centre asks for a physical one.
What the certificate shows
- The Ejari contract number (your tenancy's official reference).
- Landlord and tenant names.
- The property, premises number, rent and term.
Where you'll use it
You'll be asked for the Ejari certificate (or its number) to set up DEWA, process a residence visa, and as evidence at the Rental Disputes Center. It's worth keeping a copy alongside your signed contract.
Next steps
Want to confirm a certificate is genuine and active? See how to check Ejari online. Moving out? You'll later need to cancel the Ejari.
